Hot Food for Winter!

Hello All. As you may or may not know by now, Sushi Tree has moved to the inside corner of the lot at Mississippi Market and is now in a Little Red Trailer! Business has slowed since the weather change, and in a week I will be adding some hot items to my menu such as a Red Miso Shitake soup and Fried Vegetable Tempura.

So Grateful To be Out of the Rain

Come out and enjoy the new indoor seating at Prost! where with the purchase of a beverage you may get out of the weather completely! New winter hrs. are 12pm -6pm Wed.- Sun. I would also like to send thanks to everyone for all the help in getting these roots in the ground. You know who you are!

Sushi Tree Has Found Cart!

Thats right, In coming back from Klamath Falls, we stumbled upon a little red concession trailer in Eugene found via iphone in transit. It is amazingly spacious for its size, and is fully operational! Totally worth the wait. So next time you are at Miss. Market just look for the red , you can't miss it.
We will be getting settled in all weekend to the new digs. Now Open Sundays till 6pm.

In Klamath Falls Tues.

Well the scenery has been beautiful, but unfortunately my mission was a bust. I Journeyed down here to sunny southern Or. to purchase a mobile kitchen that was once an espresso cart. The structure ended up being very cute, but far too high off the ground, and a bit awkward to tow. For any hungry people I am letting down today, I apologize for the inconvenience and will resume business as usual on Wed.
I am also posting an updated Menu and phone # for to-go orders.

Sushi Tree Is Now Open!

I have had tons of help from friends, and I just want to note that it is greatly appreciated. The cart has been open for two days, and did reasonably well, seeing as though the location is still lacking in people.
My new hours of operation are currently.
Tues.- Thurs. 11 -6pm. Fri - Sat. 12- 8pm
There are a few things I need to change, like getting the cart secured at its location, and also some editing of menu and process. But overall, people seem to really enjoy the selection of ingredients, the flavor of the sushi rice, and miraculously not one person has requested that I have fish as an option.

Sushi Tree Opening

I am having a small opening on Fri. evening at Mississippi Market. There will be sushi tastings from my menu, free for all whom I know. So come out if you can.
If I can figure out a lighting situation I won't have to close early.
As it stands, time will be from 6:00pm to Dark.
See You There!
