Time For Snow, Blankets and Eggnog!

It has been such a fun first year! Starting a business by yourself is one of the scariest ventures imaginable, but if your doing what you love, then the stress is totally worth it. I look forward to the road ahead and soon will be remodeling both cart and menu. I'll See all you lovely people again in Febuary, Happy Holidays!

Well It seems on a rainy day like today there is just enough business to get by. As a food cart, the lunch crowd is where it's at, but I must say I am going to have to find a few more incentives for my customers to chose cold food over hot besides just being tasty Fresh Vegetarian Sushi.
Some More Pictures maybe, A Lunch Special, Cut The Wait Time. Ok......... I'll See What I Can Do.

Hello All. As you may or may not know by now, Sushi Tree has moved to the inside corner of the lot at Mississippi Market and is now in a Little Red Trailer! Business has slowed since the weather change, and in a week I will be adding some hot items to my menu such as a Red Miso Shitake soup and Fried Vegetable Tempura.

So Grateful To be Out of the Rain

Come out and enjoy the new indoor seating at Prost! where with the purchase of a beverage you may get out of the weather completely! New winter hrs. are 12pm -6pm Wed.- Sun. I would also like to send thanks to everyone for all the help in getting these roots in the ground. You know who you are!

Sushi Tree Has Found Cart!

Thats right, In coming back from Klamath Falls, we stumbled upon a little red concession trailer in Eugene found via iphone in transit. It is amazingly spacious for its size, and is fully operational! Totally worth the wait. So next time you are at Miss. Market just look for the red , you can't miss it.
We will be getting settled in all weekend to the new digs. Now Open Sundays till 6pm.

In Klamath Falls Tues.

Well the scenery has been beautiful, but unfortunately my mission was a bust. I Journeyed down here to sunny southern Or. to purchase a mobile kitchen that was once an espresso cart. The structure ended up being very cute, but far too high off the ground, and a bit awkward to tow. For any hungry people I am letting down today, I apologize for the inconvenience and will resume business as usual on Wed.
I am also posting an updated Menu and phone # for to-go orders.
